Provision of Services Tobago Heritage Festival 2012

The public is hereby advised to submit proposals for the provision of services for the Tobago Heritage Festival  2012.

Service providers are required in the following areas:

• Music                                                                                     Food Vendors
• Tents                                                                                     Stage
• Chairs                                                                                     Tables
• Electricals                                                                                Port a cools
• Flats                                                                                       Decorations
• Fencing                                                                                   Lights
• Port-a-Loos                                                                              Sinks
• Water tanks                                                                            Transportation of materials
• Transportation of persons                                                           Signage
• Graphics                                                                                  Printing
• Other related services

All letters of interest must be placed in sealed envelopes and submitted to the Tobago Festivals Commission Office from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The deadline for submission is Wednesday 4^th July 2012 at 3 p.m.
