Black Rock – Sea Festival

The Sea Festival is a blend of Boat Christening, and Seine Hanging and Mounting. The festival features rituals, customs and habits of the fisher-folk of Black Rock.

Highlights include a Wake Up Call at 5.00 a.m where everyone is invited to join the street parade leading to the beach, indigenous seafood delicacies, historical displays, community beach games and a cultural Sea Fiesta.
