The Ms. Heritage Personality Competition sponsored by the Tobago House of Assembly and First Citizens will take place on Friday July 31, 2009 at the Roxborough Sporting Complex beginning at 8:00 p.m.

The theme for 2009 is “Ah Little Bit Ah Dis, Ah Little Bit Ah Dat” and offers a sneak peek into the Tobago Heritage Festival as it is celebrated across the island.  The show will feature eight contestants representing various villages covering the length and breadth of Tobago.  They will portray their community heritage through the display of talent and gowns.
